Alcohol Ink Floral Tiles
Alcohol Ink Floral Tiles Workshop
Ever wonder how those stunning, watercolor-like floral tiles are made? In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the art of alcohol ink painting and create your own one-of-a-kind 4x4" ceramic tile, transformed into a vibrant floral bloom using nothing more than ink, air, and a little bit of controlled chaos.
Alcohol ink is a wonderfully unpredictable medium — it flows, blooms, and blends in ways you can guide but never fully control, which is exactly what makes each piece so unique. You'll learn how to layer colors, use air (straws or blowers) to shape petals and branching veins, and build up the rich detail that gives these florals their depth and movement.
No painting experience necessary — just a willingness to let go a little and see where the ink takes you. By the end of class, you'll walk away with your own finished floral tile, ready to display on a stand, use as a coaster, or gift to someone special.
