When should I order for Christmas 2026?

For the best chance of receiving your gifts by Christmas, please place your order by December 10, 2026.

Orders placed after December 10 are welcome, but Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed. We prioritize December orders during the holiday season, but processing may still take 5–7 business days, plus shipping transit time.

Ordering early is the best way to beat the holiday rush!
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do I need to register in advance?

Yes, advance registration is required.This allows me to prepare your project and ensure all materials are ready for your experience.
Are children welcome? Is there a minimum age?

Yes! We offer creative experiences for a variety of ages, including family-friendly events.

  • Standard workshops: Participants must generally be at least 6 years old. Some projects have higher minimum ages depending on the materials and techniques involved.
  • Family-friendly events: Activities such as our Ornament Creation Station welcome all ages, including younger children participating alongside their families.
  • Adult-only workshops: Projects involving epoxy resin are reserved for participants ages 18 and older due to safety considerations.

Do you host private or mobile events, such as birthday parties, bachelorette gatherings, or corporate events?

Yes, private and mobile events are available for select projects.

What does the “Made for You” option mean?

The Made for You option allows you to choose a design while I create the piece for you.


This option is perfect if you love the design but prefer to have it created and ready to enjoy.
What is included in a Creative Project kit?

Each Creative Project kit includes all materials needed to complete the project.


You’ll select your paint colors, and the appropriate amounts are included based on the project design—so there’s no guesswork.
Can I take my project home the same day?

Many projects can go home the same day, but some require additional curing time.

Projects involving epoxy resin may need to remain overnight to fully cure, depending on the material used. Specific timing will be shared with you at the workshop or in the project details.
What if I make a mistake?

I’ll be there to help guide you and make adjustments along the way so you can enjoy the process without stress.
What should I know before getting started?

Some projects involve materials that require basic health and safety awareness.

Acrylic paints and water-based stains are used whenever possible, though some materials may still have mild VOCs. 

Projects involving epoxy resin follow additional safety measures. Gloves, aprons, and instructions are provided, and I’ll walk you through anything you need to know to work comfortably and safely.
